Rajinder Sahota is the Chief of the California Cap-and-Trade Program at the California Air Resources Board. Rajinder is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Cap-and-Trade and Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Regulations. These regulations include the areas of allocation, compliance offsets, market oversight, linkage, and mandatory annual reporting of greenhouse gases by the largest emitters in the California. She earned a B.S. and M.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
