Susan Frank is President & COO of The Better World Group (BWG), a policy and communications consulting firm, and is based in the company’s Silicon Valley office. She is known statewide for her expertise in public policy development, coalition management, strategic communications, and lobbying/advocacy having served as CEO and in several senior-level roles in the nonprofit and corporate sectors over the last 20-plus years. Prior to BWG, Susan served in a variety of roles for the Bay Area-based Steven and Michele Kirsch Foundation including as President & CEO and Vice President, Public Policy. Before joining the Kirsch Foundation, Susan served eight years as President & CEO of the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the California League of Conservation Voters and International Green Industry Hall of Fame (IGIHOF), and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Green Chamber of Commerce in California. Susan has a B.A. in English from Stanford University.
